HELP FAMILIESBUILD YOUR SKILLSOWN YOUR EFFORTGROW WITH PURPOSE

01 / THE OPPORTUNITY

More purpose.
More room to grow.

Life insurance is a people business. The foundation is simple: listen well, understand the need, and help a family make an informed decision.

01

Work that matters

Help families think through the financial impact of losing a loved one, including how they would keep their home.

02

A business you build

Develop the habits behind a sales business: daily activity, disciplined follow-up, client care, and control of your expenses.

03

A growth-minded team

Bring your questions, your effort, and a willingness to learn. Our focus is on getting better at the work and doing right by clients.

02 / MEET YOUR TEAM LEADER

CHCAMERON HALUSHKA

I started while
I was still in college.

I didn’t start with years of experience. I started with the decision to get better.

I began selling life insurance during my senior year and graduated in May 2026. What began as a new opportunity became a business focused on helping families protect their future.

Today, I’m doing $35K+ in monthly sales and $20K+ in monthly profit. Now I’m building a team of people who want to learn the business, take ownership of their effort, and make an impact.

“The money matters. Helping people is what gives the work meaning.”

03 / THE RIGHT FIT

Bring the drive.
Be ready for the work.

You don’t need a perfect résumé to start a conversation. You do need to be honest about your goals and willing to put in consistent effort.

You’re coachable and open to feedback.

You can stay consistent when the work gets hard.

You put a client’s needs before a quick sale.

You’re comfortable talking with new people.

You understand that building a business takes time.

Know what you’re stepping into.

This is commission-based work with business expenses and no guaranteed income. We’ll talk through the details before you decide.

04 / YOUR NEXT STEP

A conversation comes first.

01

Tell us about yourself

Share your background, goals, and where you are with licensing.

02

Talk through the opportunity

Discuss the day-to-day work, costs, compensation, and expectations.

03

Decide on a path forward

If there’s a mutual fit, review the next steps before committing.

05 / CLEAR ANSWERS

Good questions.
Honest answers.

Do I need insurance experience?

You can express interest with or without experience. Tell us where you are today so we can discuss your next steps, licensing, and whether this opportunity fits.

What does the work actually involve?

Prospecting, speaking with families, understanding their needs, explaining coverage options, following up, and servicing clients. Consistent activity and ethical advice matter more than a perfect pitch.

Is this a salary position?

This is an independent, commission-based opportunity. Compensation, carrier contracting, expenses, and any chargeback provisions should be reviewed together before you make a commitment.

Are leads or licensing free?

Do not assume they are. Licensing, insurance, leads, and other business expenses may apply. We will discuss the actual costs and expectations before you decide to move forward.

Will I make the same income as Cameron?

No income level is promised. Cameron's figures are his own self-reported personal results, not typical agent results. Your outcome depends on your experience, activity, expenses, policy retention, and other factors.

What happens after I apply?

Your application is saved for Cameron to review. If there is a fit, the next step is a conversation about your goals, the role, licensing, and the business details. Applying is not a commitment to join.

06 / BUILD WITH US

Your next chapter
starts with a
conversation.

Tell Cameron a little about yourself. We’re looking for people who care about their future—and the families they’ll help.

No commitment to join.
Just an opportunity to connect.

Let’s get to know you.
